Dr. Aaron Severson

Dr. Severson... It sounds strange... can you believe it? He's done! He's graduated! I am so proud of him. Four years and two kids later, Aaron received his doctorate of optometry on Saturday.

Isn't he so handsome and distiguished?

Awards banquet on Thursday night.
Our friends Scott (his classmate) and wife Cindy.

We had some shared experiences with them - we all came from BYU, and we had our first two kids while our husbands were in optometry school. For a while we were the only ones with kids (Adele and Landon were born during their first year). Then his class quickly became the "most fertile" class they've had. Anyway, we will miss Scott and Cindy and their kids Landon and Parker!

Thank you everyone, family and friends, that have helped us get to this point!

Got Healthy Vision?

This is what Aaron and I were up to when we were living in White City. We worked on a little public service announcement about healthy vision for the Transitions Healthy Sight scholarship (which he received!).

Photos by Tess

A young woman in our ward, Tess Taylor, took these pictures for a girl scout project. She did a great job!

Notice Samuel is the only one that can't sit still. Adele had to "trap" him behind her in their picture. In the group photo, I am holding him still. The first photo where he is sitting still is because it was the very first photo taken, before he had a chance to start being wiggly.
