Cole Fish Hatchery and Union Creek

Making graham crackers with Adele.

We drove east down Crater Lake Highway and in 25 minutes arrived at the Cole Fish Hatchery.
This hatchery is BIG.
It's located next to the Rogue river,
where many of the fish are put right back into.

Then we headed another 20 minutes to Union Creek. More playing in the snow! Adele's favorite weekend activity.

Big icicle.

How fun! That's not something you get to do in the Bay Area very easily... so get your fill in the northern tundra of Oregon :)

I'm glad you blog so that Adele and Samuel have such great photo-filled journals of their childhood.

I never knew about fish hatcheries until I became a Severson. That looks like a fun outing!
